Donald Hatter, PMP, CSM
Donald Hatter is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at DRE Software, Inc. and he assumes day-to-day management and operational control over all aspects of DRE’s business.
Prior to forming DRE Software, Inc. Hatter had a successful track record selling software and services, and developing relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500, and other large cap companies. Prior to his success in Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles, Hatter had experience as a management consultant and business operations manager. He started his career as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) before moving to Price Waterhouse (now part of IBM).
Recently Hatter was recognized by the Houston Business Journal with its 40 Under 40 award given to Houston’s top 40 young leaders under the age of 40 who excel in their industries, are respected business leaders and show dynamic leadership in their community.
Hatter holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Planning and Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Racioppi is an advisor to DRE Software, Inc. and he provides valuable insight and assistance on day-to-day management and operational control over all aspects of DRE’s business, including driving product direction, and establishing the sales, marketing and customer support organizations.
Mr. Racioppi has over 25 years of leadership experience in the security, software, and networking arena. He has driven strategy and direction for a number of organizations, most recently servicing as CEO of Enhanced communications Delivery Systems, a SaaS based company focused on multi-channel messaging as a platform service. Prior to joining ECDS, Racioppi was General Manager for Trend Micro’s DLP business unit. Racioppi has extensive functional experience in strategic planning, product assessment and planning, go-to-market strategies, and revenue improvement.
Racioppi has been a leader in a variety of successful startup organizations as well as large public corporations including Trend Micro, Borland, IBM, and AT&T in the public domain and early stage companies including Infravio, Moonlight Systems, Lutris, and DASCOM. In addition, he spent significant time in the consulting arena as part of Ernst & Young’s Telecommunications and Network consulting practice. He has lead the strategy and planning activities of several global software vendors as they assessed new market opportunities.
Mr. Frazier is an advisor to DRE Software, Inc. and he provides valuable insight and assistance in developing the overall company strategy.
Mr. Frazier is currently a Senior Vice President of Marketing at GeoEye (GEOY) where he leads worldwide product management, communications, and field marketing for the company and plays a key role in helping GeoEye evaluate and pursue strategic opportunities for growth.
Prior to GeoEye Mr. Frazier served as Senior Director of Product Management and Marketing at Cisco Systems, where he focused on bringing to market emerging technologies core to Cisco’s video and collaboration strategy. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Frazier spent ten years driving strategy, product management and field marketing at several innovative enterprise software companies, where he developed a strong background in search, analytics and e-commerce. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at iPhrase Technologies, a MIT-based venture acquired by IBM in 2005, and as Vice President of Americas Marketing for Infor Global Solutions, a $2B provider of enterprise applications to mid-market companies. Frazier began his career at Bain & Company, a leading strategic consulting firm based in Boston, Mass.
Mr. Frazier holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and graduated with distinction. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ed Anderson is an Advisor to DRE Software, Inc. and he provides insight and guidance on overall corporate strategy as well as long term strategic direction of our technology.
Anderson is currently a Partner in CSC’s Strategic Practice. Prior to that role he was SVP and Practice Leader for Anerian, LLC., where he was responsible for managing Anerian’s government strategy practice focused on IT Strategy and process innovation. Before his role at Anerian, Anderson was CIO of the United States Peace Corps where he managed the global technology for this Federal Government agency. He was responsible for the re-platforming of Peace Corps global technology, developing collaboration and web 2.0 solutions, and creating the systems and solutions that advanced the agency’s mission and vision. As a result, he was selected as one of the Top 100 CIOs in theUnited Statesby EWeek Magazine. Throughout his careerAndersonhas been a solid technology leader and he has excelled in other executive leadership roles.
Anderson holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from American University.
Dr. Dyrren Davis
Dr. Davis is an Advisor to DRE Software, Inc. and he provides valuable insight and assistance in developing the company’s sales and marketing strategies. Throughout his established career Dr. Davis has excelled in leadership roles in both Sales and Marketing functions.
Dr. Davis is currently an Executive Marketing Manager with Bristol-Myers Squibb Oncology. Prior to his current role, he was a Marketing Manager with MedImmune Oncology, and before that, a Sales Representative withCiba-Geigy Corp. Dr.Davisis also an Adjunct Associate Professor of Business and Marketing.
Dr. Davis holds a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Dillard University, an MBA from Houston Baptist University, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University
